Happy Hour Caviar

Here's a great recipe, and it doesn't taste like fish eggs! Trouble is it won't last long, cause it tastes fantastic! --Dave

Ingredients:

1-15 1/2 oz. can black eyed peas; drained
1-14 1/2 oz. can of White Hominy; drained
2 tomatoes, chopped
5 green onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
i green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup parsley chopped
1-(8 0z.) pkg. shredded mozarella cheese
1- (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni cut into slivers
1 (24 oz.) jar of medium salsa

In a large bowl, combine ingredients, mix well.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 12 cups
